Review by Danielle from @littlelifeofaboy about our Modular Kids Furniture

Danielle from @littlelifeofaboy has it with us Modular Kids Furniture and she wrote a really nice review about it. Are you curious? Then read on!

Last Christmas we were thinking about what we could give our 1.5 year old son, something he would really use! I searched half the internet and ended up with a learning tower or a Modular Kids furniture! That seemed ideal to me!

He often wanders around the kitchen when I'm busy here! Very curious, but just (read: half a meter?) too short to be able to watch with mom. Then he often called out 'help mom', but with 12 kilos on the right and a spatula on the left, you're still pretty busy.

Via Instagram my eye suddenly fell on the Modular Kids Furniture from Poespas! A 3 in 1 piece of furniture; kitchen stool, desk and slide. Ideal! Big plus: there are 4 colours available! I like neutral colours that are close to nature, so the choice quickly fell on the beige (wood) colour.

To be honest, I was a bit shocked by the price. But, I turned the heating down a notch and still decided to buy it! And to this day, I haven't regretted it for a second!

To be honest, I was a bit shocked by the price. But, I turned the heating down a notch and still decided to buy it! And to this day, I haven't regretted it for a second!

When it arrived I wanted to set it up right away! My technical knowledge of construction is close to zero but the (re)construction is really easy (just close the clips properly for safety!). He found the slide a bit exciting at first, they have to find their way in the middle! After a week or 2 (and some slide experience here and there) he now goes down it himself! I make sure I am always nearby, the middle section is quite narrow so I like to sit/stand behind it for safety! You could of course also put down something soft or a mattress if you prefer that idea.

The table-chair combination can be used for drawing/clay/etc. He got the hang of this pretty quickly. We also often use it on weekends to eat when the rest of the family is eating on the couch (read: fries or mini pancakes?).

The conversion to a kitchen stool is used the most here. He can now 'help' with cooking and loves to pass things or stir in a pan! He can also wash his own hands now. Because the Modular Kids Furniture is not very heavy, he now slides it against the counter and climbs on it himself! Plus point: because there is a stick/bar on the back, he can't just fall off, which is safer! Note: I am of course always nearby, because they are still children.

This review ended up being 3 times longer than I wanted, but actually it's also three completely different products in one. On the one hand you might see this in the price, but on the other hand also in the frequent use and enjoyment! For me it was worth the price at least three times ;)

Danielle also took pictures of the Modular Kids Furniture in combination with us Fly with me play mat . Doesn't this look absolutely amazing?! We have another happy customer and that makes us very happy!
