How do I measure my child's size?

To choose the right size children's clothing, it is important to measure your child. Here are the steps to measure a child for children's clothing:

  1. Make sure your child is dressed comfortably. You don't want to wear clothing that is too tight or too loose, as this can affect the measurement.
  2. Ask your child to stand upright. This will ensure more accurate measurements.
  3. Measure your child's height. You do this by placing a measuring tape from the crown of the head to the heels.
  4. Measure your child's chest circumference. You do this by placing a measuring tape around the chest, just under the armpits.
  5. Measure your child's hip circumference. You do this by placing a measuring tape around the hips, just below the buttocks.

With these measurements you can use a size chart to find the right size of children's clothing. The size chart shows the body length, chest circumference and hip circumference of the different sizes.
